Natural Relief

Hotteeze provides natural relief for back pain, period pain, arthritis…. The list goes on!

Back Pain

It’s the second most common reason people in Australia go and see their GP, but approaches to managing lower back pain have changed dramatically in the last 10 years. Experts now recommend staying active and exercising. Often the underlying cause of low back pain is tight muscles. Hotteeze delivers therapeutic
warmth that works with the body to temporarily relieve pain and stiffness by relaxing sore, tight muscles and helping to make body movement freer and easier

Period Pain

If you are one of the thousands of women who suffer from period pain, you’ll know all about the sickening aches and cramps that can affect us each month and appreciate the relief that can be obtained with a hot water bottle. And if you are suffering from endometriosis, warmth applied to the abdomen can be the only source of drug free
relief.Hotteeze Heat Pads provides warming comfort for period pain in a slim, adhesive, self-heating pad which can be comfortably and invisibly worn all day. Hotteeze works in two ways:
Firstly, the pad’s warmth relaxes the muscles of the abdominal area.

Secondly, heat will help relieve the ache naturally by accelerating the supply of oxygen to the site of the pain.

Arthritis

Many forms of arthritis benefit from warmth. According to Columbia University, “arthritis disables more people than any other chronic disorder.” Heat therapy is needed all year round to help alleviate symptoms of arthritis.

You will know if you benefit as if you do you will probably be on intimate terms with your hot water bottle or electric heat pad. If this is the case there are several ways you can use heat pads:

Shoulders: Position the pad against the area to be warmed. Hotteeze is perfect over shoulder blades. Wear a tight cotton T shirt and stick the Hotteeze on to the shirt.

Necks: Try a Polo neck shirt. Open out the neck at the top and place the pad in the correct position. Fold down the polo neck to cover the pad. This will stop too much of the heat escaping. If necessary add a scarf to insulate it further. The adhesive backing will keep the pad in place.

Knee, elbow and wrist joints: Any reusable fabric first aid bandage provides an ideal fixing for Hotteeze against joints requiring warmth. It also helps reduce heat loss. Bandaged correctly, one or two pads will stay in place, even if you go jogging!
